HCG Diet Plan: You Can Create Your Own

AS PROMISED...MORE PICS are here! See Dec 1 on the side to see how I followed this HCG diet.
These are some of the meals my boyfriend prepared for the diet (I cooked the cabbage! lol)
Melba toast: 1 a day for a lunch snack:

Use Truvia for sugar!
Lemonade in the middle of the day and at night.I drink as many as I like, it helps when I get hungry.

Half of grapefruit for dinner snack:

My first lunch was this. Spinach, onions,
and chicken. All cooked in water with Ms. Dash.

First dinner. Shrimp and cabbage.
(same way always…cooked in water with Ms. Dash)

The next two lunch and dinners were these. Water cooked and Ms. Dash seasoning. If you want it spicy, add more Ms. Dash. The pepper will make it spicy. J a little trick of mine.
 Lunch…added celery                                                                 Dinner:

Lunch:                                                                                         Dinner:

Water,Tomatoes, Onion, garlic, oregano, asparagus, Ms. Dash, and Tilapia!!!

Lastly, if you need to cheat: In a day I have 3 small sour pickles and 3-4 melba toast, but only if the hunger pains are unbearable!! It doesn't change my weight in any way. :) So far I have lost 10 pounds in 1 week!

A LIFESTYLE DIET

Well it begins again! Last time I was really strict and had restrictions. This time, I'm still strict, but I've made some changes. I want to get right to it and I'll make constant changes to this blog, so anything you want to know ask your questions, follow me and I'll respond. I'll try to say as much as possible because I know you are all anxious to know what this diet consist of for me. I stress that because I don't know what everyone else is doing, but I do know what works for me.
The last time I was on this diet I didn't do it alone. My boyfriend and I did it together. The only difference then was that we took the injections...we're doing the drops this time. They are working great!! He says that they taste funny. The flavor is mint chocolate. I put 1 ml. of the solution under my tongue. I think it taste like a drop of one of those energy shots. Just a comparison. They do nothing more than curb your appetite. ISN'T THAT WHAT WE WANT?!! Between the both of us, together we lost 35 pounds in app. a few weeks. What most people don't realize, is that the weight doesn't magically stay off after you are done with the solution. You have to keep it off and gradually by slowly adding more grams of food into your diet. Yep, even after the diet your still on a diet. "HCG IS A LIFESTYLE". That should be their slogan! That's the plan I'm following.
So, let's get right to it: I follow this diet plan...http://www.myhcgsolution.com/hcg-diet-plan
It's very vague though, so I found something else that was so helpful, as well. http://www.hcg-diet.info/instructions/
I find that using these sites together works so well for me!!! Remember drink lots of water, follow the 500 calories maximum (a few grams over is OK), follow the WARNINGS! Do that and create a diet plan that works for you and you'll be amazed!
In the morning before, I had NOTHING for breakfast! This time in the morning, I have green tea or black coffee. It helps me to sip slow because lunch is on the way! :) I do my 1ml. drops before lunch and dinner.
I decided that my New Years resolution was to give up bread, rice, and pasta. I found a great substitute for pasta that I haven't tried yet. https://miraclenoodle.com/default.aspx
The great thing about this is that you and click contact us on their site and you can find a retailer near you! Yep, that's right! You can find the noodles CHEAPER IN STORE!! 8oz. for approx. $2.70! Significantly, less than the website!
I forgot to mention that you can pick up the solution at CVS and WAL-MART. (not Walgreens):)
Romaine lettuce can actually be substituted for a lot of things! Like Bread!!! So lets see... Vegetables instead of rice, Magic noodles for pasta, and Lettuce instead of bread! I just may keep my New Year's Resolution!
I'll keep adding stuff to this blog, including before and after pics of me. Happy Diet Lifestyle! SNACK TIME for me! (Half of grapefruit). LOL
P.S. :) MORE PICS LATER, PROMISE.

Summer is here!

Well, Obama is dead and there was a royal wedding, basically, a wedding and a funeral. CONGRATULATIONS TO AMERICA!!!!

On other reports...SUMMER IS HERE!

It feels nice to relax. Last night I had a dream about school. I loved it when I woke up from the dream and realized that I didn't have any class. hahahaha
New Summer Profile Graphics and Comments
I attempted to have reading material over the summer, but I just haven't been interested. I wanted to go swimming, but I'm not interested. Even if I had one of those fancy reading tablets without the glare, I probably still wouldn't go to the pool.

I will tell you what I am waiting for...THE SIMS 3: GENERATIONS with the free bonus OUTDOOR LIVING STUFF!!! How exciting! I only have one more week to wait for it. Time to play god again. :)

Destruction in Japan by 8.9 (changed to 9.0) magnitude quake

There are tsunami warnings across the Pacific region. Thousands have perished and many are missing. This is a huge disaster. At the same time, gas prices are rising and consumers are still spending! These are the many headlines today. In reference to the tsunami, people in California are just hanging out on the beaches drinking coffee, awaiting the tsunami. What?! That's a great idea. Things are getting worse in the world, let's minimize things by making childish decisions and have a tea party on the beach. No, thanks. Most of the info I am elaborating on is from the news.

I came across a video of a "hillbilly version" of what's going on in the world and what is yet to come....

In China, during the earthquake, buildings were swaying. People were hiding under desks in fear! There were fires and floods. Tsunami waves washed ashore in Hawaii, but the haven appeared to have avoided any major damage. Now, we just have to hope for the best with the California coast. China got approximately a 10 minute warning before the disaster. The scene reminded me of the disaster in New Orleans. The only difference is that the water and houses were moving faster and there were waves of everything! I feel just awful because I would love to be able to help them all out some kind of way. One thing is certain, they may want to decide to cancel raising taxes in that area, like they were considering. Looks like they are going to need all the help they can get, especially from others. Here a video that I found online...

Here is raw footage! Water just tears through the town! When I watch this video it makes me feel like I am right there witnessing the destruction! Amazing footage! See for yourself.

Well, you can see there is disaster here and a coming!

I couldn't resist adding this horrifying cry for help after the aftermath. This is unbelievable! Where is the help? This is so sad.

Exhausted

I finished my anatomy midterm. It was extremely hard! I am very happy to be finished. I have so much to do over my break so, technically I won't be having a vacation. I was so tired after the exam. I decided to take a break today. I watched the movie "Paul" with the alien. It was great!!! I really enjoyed this movie. It was too cute! I am waiting for "American Idol" to come on in a little while. Well, that's all. Wine time! :)

Salut!

Studying is all I do these days! I miss blogging. Strangely, in my French class, one of the assignments online was about this girl named Lea's blog. The only difference was the video I watched was in French. :) I have an Anatomy test tomorrow and I have lots of reading afterwards. Classes were canceled today because of a power outage. More time to study for French. I also have an Anatomy lab quiz on Thursday! See what I mean. I'm really not complaining because last semester was worse. Just giving the heads up that I'm really busy. The good thing is, I learned how to count to sixty in French, finally!! Really, excited about that. A bientot!
