Rob and I made
this tonight, which I think was the highlight of the HCG diet that we are on. I
had a feeling that a few of you would be interested in knowing how this was
prepared. So, I guess that I should get right to it! There were a few new
things that we had tonight, for instance, hot sauce and salsa (which salsa has
salt). That’s okay! On the diet, it says you can have a little for seasoning. (The
smaller the amount of salt, the better.)
First grill some onions in the oven.
Sauté spinach
Chop up onions and you can just use about half.
Afterwards, chill spinach.
Chop garlic.
Then, pour egg whites and salsa into a bowl
Get zip lock ready!
After chopping the garlic, boil some water.
Put mixture of salsa, egg whites, spinach, onion, and garlic in zip lock bag.
Dip for approx. 2-3 min.
