"Heather's Sauteed Vegetable Miso Linguine"

I came home from school Monday and I was starving! I looked in the fridge and I still had some of the ingredients from Heather's Seafood Miso Miracle Noodle Soup. So, here is what I concocted. Oh and by the way, it was delicious! We'll call it, "Heather's Sauteed Vegetable Miso Linguine". Since, I'm using onions, peppers, squash and vegetable broth, I decided to go with simply the word "Vegetable". So here it is....
Remember:
I only use olive oil when I cook!

Ingredients:
1 pack of Miracle Noodle Linguine, 1 cup vegetable Stock, squash, miso paste, 5/6 shelled shrimp, cooked corn, tofu, sea weed sprinkles. (and one onion, one red and yellow small pepper, and one celery stalk.)

Saute onion, peppers, and celery for approx. 10 minutes, or until soft:

Now add squash and cook until squash gets soft!

While waiting for the squash to soften, boil and drain linguine.

Add cooked corn. Cooked for 2 to 3 minutes

Add linguine.

Add seaweed sprinkles and tofu. Then, cook down approx. one cup of vegetable broth:

Add shrimp when there is just a little broth left.

Just the steam would cook the shrimp, but when they turn pink they are done...

                                                                        FINISHED!
